Our homemade shiitake mustard, made using thick shiitake mushrooms from Oita Prefecture, has been a popular souvenir for many years, with many sayings such as "When you think of shiitake mustard, you think of Manchi Hyakuen."
The handmade soba noodles are delicious, and the rice and tea are of course produced in Yabakei.
