In order to bring the "extraordinary to everyday life" to as many people as possible, we established Safari Coffee Roasters in Minami Oita in June 2016.
The beans we serve are made from ingredients whose producers and production histories can be traced. We are a coffee roaster that handles everything from purchasing high-quality raw beans to roasting, brewing, and serving. We use a German-made Old Probat roaster, which has high heat retention and the unique characteristics of the roaster to roast in a way that brings out the unique characteristics of the coffee beans to the fullest, allowing us to deliver coffee with a rich flavor, sweetness, and clarity to our customers.
