Keisekien Garden
Overview
This beautiful Japanese garden was built to commemorate the completion of the Yabakei Dam. The strangely shaped rocks and trees of various sizes express the beauty of the Yabakei valley, and during the illumination period, the autumn leaves in the garden and the photogenic red bridge stand out against the dark night. The "upside-down autumn leaves" reflected on the water's surface are also a must-see.

This autumn foliage tunnel is located at what could be called the gateway to Shin-Yabakei. The maple tree-lined road that stretches for about 50 meters along Prefectural Route 28 is lit up, creating a fantastical experience that makes you feel like you're passing through an arcade of light.
