Training camp participant support coupon

The Nakatsu Yabakei Tourism Association supports teams and organizations holding sports and cultural training camps and competitions in Nakatsu City! Starting this year, our support system has been significantly revamped, eliminating the need for complex documents such as the previously required "income and expenditure budget."
Under the new system, participants coming from outside Nakatsu City for the training camp will receive a ¥500 shopping coupon that can be used directly at stores within Nakatsu City. Please take advantage of this new system with its simplified procedures and enjoy your training camp in Nakatsu City!

Conditions for the training camp

Eligibility Requirements for Training Camps: Teams and organizations that meet all of the following conditions are eligible. 

1. Use sports facilities, cultural facilities, etc. within Nakatsu City, and stay at accommodation facilities within the city.

2. The participant receiving the coupon must be a resident outside of Nakatsu City (residents of Nakatsu City are not eligible).

3. The total number of overnight guests who reside outside the city must be "10 or more".

What does "Total number of overnight guests: 10 or more" mean? If 10 people stay for "1 night" = 10 person-nights (eligible). If 5 people stay for "2 nights" = 10 person-nights (eligible). *However, please note that if any member of the team is a resident of Nakatsu City, their number will be excluded from the count. Flow from application to use

The procedure is very simple.


  • STEP 1: Pre-registration (up to 7 days before the start of the training camp)

    Please submit the "Application Form," "Business Plan," and "Guest List" to our association.. (※The list will be shared with the accommodation, so please obtain consent from all participants beforehand to provide their personal information.)

  • STEP 2: Receive your coupon (on the day of the training camp) At the accommodation's front desk, the participant will sign a receipt form and receive the coupon.. 

  • STEP 3: Enjoy Nakatsu to the fullest!
    Enjoy delicious meals and shopping at participating stores in the city during or after your training camp!

  • STEP 4: Report on achievements (within 30 days after the end of the training camp)

    Please submit your "Performance Report" to our association, along with a copy of the "signed guest list" received from the accommodation facility.
