About Recruitment of Business Participants for "Kyushu/TabiTabi no Tabi Campaign 2024"

This is an announcement from Kyushu Tourism Organization, a general incorporated association.
As part of a project to promote the expansion of tourism in Kyushu, we have decided to hold a similar accommodation points campaign this year, with the aim of encouraging an increase in the number of overnight stays and tourism spending in Kyushu. Therefore, we are looking for businesses to participate in the campaign as detailed below. Businesses that are interested are asked to attend the information session that will be provided and then consider applying.

1. Campaign Overview
(1) Implementation period
Accommodation points will be awarded from October 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024 (planned)
Coupon validity period: January 6, 2025 to March 30, 2025 (lodging until March 29)
(2) Details of the project
・Receive lodging points using the app at campaign participating accommodations (1 point per person per night)
・When you earn 3 points, you will receive a 3,000 yen e-coupon that can be used on your next purchase via the app.
・Coupons can be used as shopping tickets for purchases, experiences, admission, etc. at campaign participating facilities, as well as for purchasing products for your next trip to Kyushu.

2. Recruiting businesses
・Points awarded + coupons available at: Kyushu-based accommodation facilities only
・Facilities where coupons can only be used: Tourism-related businesses in Kyushu (accommodation, souvenirs, food and drink, admission) and travel agencies selling Kyushu tours, etc.

4. Participation Fee
To participate in this campaign, the following participation fee is required per facility (QR code issuance).
・Accommodation provider: 20,000 yen (tax included) 10,000 yen (tax included) for those continuing to participate from 2023
・Other businesses: 10,000 yen (tax included) 5,000 yen (tax included) for those continuing to participate from 2023
