The plans offered are subject to the following conditions and our "Package Travel Terms and Conditions."
1. Package Tour Contract Terms and Conditions
The contents and conditions of the contract shall be governed by the conditions stated in the recruitment advertisement, etc., and the section on packaged travel contracts set out in our travel agency terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as our packaged travel terms and conditions).
2. Application and Contract Establishment
① Your application will be considered official once we have received your application form and payment.
②If you make a reservation by telephone or other means of communication, you must submit an application form and pay the fee within three days from the day after our company accepts your reservation.
3. What is included in the price
The contents are clearly stated on the details page.
No refunds will be made even if some of the service is not used due to customer reasons.
4. Cancellation of contract
① You may cancel the contract by paying the following cancellation fee to our company. However, if you cancel the contract for your own reasons after the plan has started, we will consider that you have waived your rights and will not provide any refunds.
・40% if the day before the event
・50% on the day of travel
・100% if the tour has already started or if you do not participate without contact
5. Termination of contract and refund by us before commencement
In the following cases, we may cancel the contract before the start of the contract, explaining the reasons to the applicant. (Some examples are as follows.)
When you fail to pay the fee by the due date.
- Non-compliance with application conditions
- When it is impossible to implement the plan smoothly due to illness, interference with group activities, or other reasons.
6. Special Compensation
We will pay compensation and solatium within the limits set forth in the special compensation provisions for certain damage suffered by a client to his/her life or baggage during the trip.
